Shipping Information:

Our products are handmade and can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to ready before shipping. Custom orders may take longer. When choosing the 2 day deliver option it means that after painting the shoes (may take 1 - 2 weeks, usually a few days) it will be shipped via 2 day delivery, most likely with DHL.

We will ship ANYWHERE! If you are outside the U.S. just email us at sales@snanimals.com. You will need to have a paypal account but we can get you the shoes!

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Because our products are handmade we cannot offer refunds and returns. If a product is damaged we can offer to replace that product. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at Questions@snanimals.com

There may be differences or variences between picture shown and shoe you recieve. Laces also may be a different color than shown and minor imperfections are normal. Since each shoe is custom made when you order we consider each pair its own work of art. We hope that you do also!
